• Make reservation (Use the partner’s comunacition iformations inside the guidebook)
• For payment, you can use your gift card.
• For all extra usages which had not been specified inside the guidebook, you can’t use gift card payment method.

You can find the expiry date of your experience pack on your Momento card.

If you don’t use your the card during this period, you can extend the expiry date only once on January.

Yes, you can change your reservaion if the service provider rules allows this. Inorder not to have any probem about last minute stiuations, it is better to learn reservation terms before you make a reservation.

When you make a reservation, service provider will want you to share the code which is inside of your experience pack.

Before, If you don’t cancel the reservation within the rules of partner’s terms and then don’t attend the activity or don’t go to the the activity place, you won’t be able to use your gift again.

Momento Experience Pack activity options are generally don’t be affected from any weather conditions. But if the service provider cancels the activity because of weather conditions, you can make new reservation for another date.

If the situation didn’t specified in the contract between the provider and Momento, the service provider will be responsible for this.

But don’t be sad! You can choose another gift from Momento’s great options.

This situation depends on the provider’s reservation terms. You can share your credit card informations if necessary.

You have to contact with partners for all this kind of requirements. You can make payment for all the extra services which your experience pack doesn’t include.
